4. Rustic Crust Assistance
A. Ted contacted Donna Ward, realtor for 1 Fayette St (old weaving factory)
To see if owner would lease facility to Rustic Crust for temporary production
B. Donna contacted Ed Dudek, owner
C. Building specs: 22,000 sq ft (4000 of which is office space
480 $ 680 power
Parking 40+ spaces
D. Ed Dudek can work with Rustic Crust on leasing cost
E. Ted asked if any of the grant money Rustic Crust received a couple years ago.
Linda believes it was used up for equipment that has now gone up in flames
F. Unofficially, Rustic Crust may be rebuilding on site, but will take months
G. Donna got an inquiry from a realtor that Rustic Crust has hired. Interested in 1 Fayette St property
H. Jesse talked with Doug Troy (Rustic Crust manager), he said he would be in touch with Jesse soon
