A motion was accepted by the committee to donate $100 to Pittsfield Youth Workshop in recognition of all their hard work at this year’s Winterfest.

Brian Dunagin has resigned his membership with the committee.

We are reviewing a date for Octoberfest for the fall, however our first choice is October 9th and it is Columbus day weekend. Mike will review band availability but we may have to reschedule for either October 16th or September 25th.

Mike, Michelle and Bill will be the interview committee for this summer’s life guards and swim instructors, with Ella having the final hiring decision as Pool Manager. We will immediately advertise for these positions. A motion was accepted by the committee to cover WSI and lifeguard fees for all hired employees.
