2. Minutes from 02/15/06 were unanimously approved.

3. Motion made to accept the Request for Advisory Opinion as edited. GA motion, HS second, unanimous pass.

4. The next meeting time was set at Wednesday, March 29 2006.

5. Meeting was adjourned by the Chairman at 7:30 p.m.
