1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Paul Skowron (PS).

3. Minutes for April 17, 2013 accepted and approved.

4. UNH Cooperative Extension meeting on April 20, 2013
A. 8 people came to the seminar
B. Some learned that in order to control information on the web you need to have an account

5. Joint meeting of town boards and committees on May 4, 2013
A. We have a copy of purpose of the boards-will be provided at meeting
B. Have vision statement of Master Plan committee
C. Post meeting evaluation will be needed by Friday
D. Will be setting up about 8:00-8:15

6. Downtown cleanup – not much of a response from businesses

7. Real Estate Journal
A. TM will send information to Scott Spradling

8. Other Business
A. Need to get Economic Development Strategy Report and Economic Profile-update information
at next meeting
B. PSh wanted to know if any requests had been made about available business properties

9. Next meeting will be May 15, 2013 at 5:30 PM.
