1. Meeting opened at 5:30.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ted Mitchell (TM)
Helen Schiff (HS), Linda Small (LS), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS),
Matt Monahan (MM) from SNHRPC, and Scott Spradling (SS) from the Spradling Group

3. Minutes from April 28, 2010 accepted and approved.
Minutes from May 12, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Website update
A. All references to EDC will be on front page of town web site
B. Under News & Events – list MM EDC Newsletter
C. SS will prepare an announcement in Suncook Sun about it
D. Get a list of business properties from Scott Ward to be put on the site

5. Plan NH Chartette
A. Pittsfield has been selected as one of the towns to have a Design Charrette
B. We need to find out when it will be done.
C. We have to designate a staging area (Town Hall was used previoiusly)
D. Article in the Concord Monitor said it would be done around January and that we
are looking to get a business incubator started

6. Downtown façade improvement
A. At SVRDC meeting, they will be discussing improving the frontage of buildings.
B. May be able to get a grant to help pay for it

7. Other
A. The Rotary is now working with Rustic Crust for the Balloon Rally
B. A WEB cam may be put on the Band Stand in Drake’s Field
C. EV has prepared a Business Survey for new businesses
1. Will provide basic information: name, type of business, location, contact person
2. Checklist, in case they need to meet with zoning or planning board
3. Final draft will be put on EDC web site.
