Meeting called to order at 7:20 PM at the Town Hall by Ch. Elkins

1) Appointments
None

2) Old Business
Discussion on Paul Rogers/Wendy Chen building. Signed contracts with start dates for both sides not received. Warning letters to be sent and hearings scheduled if responses not received by 6/18.
.
3) New Business:
Discussion of 8 Marshall Ct, – Bought at auction by Elm Grove.
Discussion on Radzik (32 Main) building; Request for inspection imminent.
Discussion on Bladecki (30 Main) building; location of propane tanks. Propane company has been seen on site.
Discussion on Aubertin cellar hole; Planning Bd, BI issued letter, fencing improved, site approval expired..

4) Meeting Minutes;
Mr. Bailey made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of May 3, 2010 be accepted as presented; 2nd by Lt. Abell, Motion passed 4 to 0.

None

6) Motion to adjourn:
Lt. Abell, 2nd by Ms. Hast, 4 in favor, 0 against, motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 8:21 PM. Next meeting: 7/12/10, Sept meeting to be skipped
