1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS), and Matt Monahan (MM)
from CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from October 20, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Plan NH Charrette
A. Need to talk to the director to find out what the itinerary is
1. Need to plan venue for Friday and Saturday
2. Need to invite business owners and people from town
3. Need to find out if accommodations are needed for anyone
B. Ask Bob Legg to take pictures now (without snow)
1. Get permission from property owners to go on property to take pictures
C. Know where water and sewer lines are
D. Have Scott Spradling promote it-something to do after the holidays

5. Park and Ride
A. Pittsfield did not get the TIGER II grant
B. There may be other grant money available for it-MM will search

6. Wi-Fi
A. Several businesses are interested in advertising on the site
B. Single Digits wants to know if we are going to use code numbers for extended time
C. It was decided to go with credit cards-business people usually have them

7. Other
A. Have Scott Spradling promote things going on Pittsfield-sluggish in other areas
1. Globe is renting space in Pittsfield ID building
2. We have a business relocation – Happy Pups Dog Grooming
B. The 3/50 Project
1. Promotes spending in local communities
a. Shop at 3 businesses
b. Spend $50.00 per month
c. $68 out of every $100 spent comes back in taxes, payroll and other expenditures
2. Put on EDC web site

8. Next meeting November 17, 2010, and then December 1, 2010.
