1. Meeting called to order at 5:38.

2. Attendees: James Hetu (JH), Lyn Roberts (LR), Deb Jordan (DJ), Susan Muenzinger (SM),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Linda Small (LS). Also attending Matt Monahan (MM)
representing CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from November 12, 2008 approved.

4. WiFi update
A.Veronica Francis sent MM the web address for Single Digits to get usage information
B. 70 people signed on and there were 700 uses
C. We also want to know what kind of data is collected on each person
D. Need a copy of what web page looks like – JH will make a copy of it

5. R&D Tax Credit Packet
A. A few editing changes made on first page (letter)
B. Application and information page attached
C. Will be sent to about 8 businesses in town

6. Innovative Land Use /REPP Program (zoning)
A. MM brought the book that had informaiton about Innovatinve Land Use
B. For downtown property that is underdeveloped or vacant
C. Promote urban within an urban service district
D. Write an ordinance to limit utilities and concentrate the infrastructure
E. DES is picking up cost for consultation in writing the ordinance
F. MM will e-mail the web site for the information that is in the book

7. Web Site
A. Need to list board of directors and officers for the LDC
B. Note that Wi-Fi is up and running
C. Tax relief packages will be available at Town Hall
D. Note there is a tax credit program for research and development

8. Signage
MM will check with Pembroke to see how they got a sign on Rt 3 for Wi-Fi

9. Next meeting Wednesday December 3, 2008 at 5:30 P.M.
