1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS), Matt Monahan (MM)
from CNHRPC, and Karen Meehan from Ayla’s Restaurant.

3. Minutes from November 10, 2010 accepted with a correction. On 7A2 remove “new”.

A. Things she is doing
1. Signage on Rt 28 is working-bringing in new people
2. Will be putting up mural on outside wall
3. Have dinners three nights a week
B. Would welcome ideas also
C. Add this info to Scott Spradling’s article about Pittsfield happenings
D. Also add to “Why Pittsfield” on EDC web site

5. Plan NH Charrette
A.Gave us an agenda of what is going to happen Friday and Saturday
B. Also gave us a list of things they need us to provide
C. Previously Town Hall and Community Center was used for meetings
D. Need to check with other communities about what food was provided.

6. Next meeting December 1, 2010.
