1. Meeting opened at 5:35.
2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Susan Muenzinger (SM)
Paul Sherwood (PSb), Tracy Huyck (TC), Paul Skowron (PSk), and Ellen Barbasso (EB).
3. Minutes for October 16, 2013 were accepted and approved.
Minutes for November 9, 2016(property walk) were accepted and approved.
4. Rt 28 Properties walk
A.Will put pictures on the EDC web site
B. Need to get information from tax maps and put that on web site also.
C. Letters will be sent to property owners, thanking them for letting us walk the properties..
5. Letter to Cobalt Properties
A. TM drafted a letter to Cobalt regarding the soil clean up
B. Will forward a copy to Stu Arnett to get his input on the next steps
C. Cobalt can dictate what types of businesses can be put there
6. Other
A. Letter is being sent to CNT-IIRPC telling them the EDC does not support the idea of a Park
and Ride at the state owned property on Barnstead Rd.
B. Discussion about asking a member if he still wants to retain membership. Person should
attend meetings to remain active.
7. Next meeting will be December 4, 2013 at 5:30 P.M.
