1. Meeting opened at 5:38.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Susan Muenzinger, and Ellen Barbasso (EB).

3. Minutes for November 7, 2012 accepted as published.

4. Letters
A.Letter of support for Wendy Chen was sent to her lawyer
1. EDC supports extension of her immigration status
2. Select Board is also sending a letter
B. Letter was sent to Bob Legg thanking him for the You Tube slideshow “Your Business in
Pittsfield.”

5. Irving Oil Property
A. Matt Monahan sent an e-mail to Cobalt Properties to let them know what was discussed at a
meeting between him, Stuart Arnett and Ted Mitchell
B. Dept of Environmental Svcs also sent a letter to Cobalt Properties letting them know how to
apply for reimbursement for the work that was done to clean up the property.
C. Stuart Arnett also want to meet with the Select Board to let them know what has been discussed
so far.

6. AMENICO
A. A representative was unable to attend tonight
B. We will give them a choice of several dates in January to see which is best.

7. Other
A. Bob Legg prepared a new video (after the previous one was unable to be amended)
B. Annual card to business owners was approved
C. The Steps for Starting a Business was OK’d to be put into the EDC website.
D. Town website still shows incorrect information
1. Need to remove Ed Vien as chairperson
2. Add Paul Sherwood as a new member
