1. Meeting opened at 5:38.
2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Susan Muenzinger (SM) Paul Sherwood (PSh), Paul Skowron (PSk), Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Tracy Huyck.
3. Minutes for October 2, 2013 were accepted with spelling corrections. 5G should read “first”. 6-2 should be “Commission”.
4. Certified Site Program
A. Have buildings ready to be used
1. Have them inspected for fire and electrical codes
2. Get floor plans for those buildings
B. TM can work with building inspector to see which buildings can be preapproved
5. Joint Board Forum
A. Article for the Suncook Sun was reviewed draft and editing recommendations made
B. Looking for another place that is less expensive
C. Planning for a date in January
6. NEREJ article
A. Wait until article is published in the journal before putting it on town website
B. Give credit to Bob Legg for pictures
C. Several businesses have been visited for contributions to fund for the article
7. Other
A. Work is going on at Irving property to clean up the soil
1. Need to get the building inspected
2. Brainstorm ideas for the building
B. Prioritize projects on our list of things to do
C. Walk about scheduled for Saturday November 9
1. Meet at Town Hall at 10:00 AM
2. Look at 2 properties, an see if Bob Legg is available to take pictures
D. Clean up at AMENICO -TM will contact Casey if we can do what date would be good
