1. Meeting opened at 5:38.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Matt Monahan (MM) from CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from September 29, 2010 accepted with the following correction: Section 2
replace SNHRPC with CNHRPC.

4. Wi-Fi/EDC web site
A.Sign on Exit Realty blew down in the wind-grommets pulled out
B. Several businesses will probably advertise on the Wi-Fi .
C. EV looked into getting a large sign made up to be placed at Dunkin Donuts
1. Color scheme similar to the one at the police department and the ball field
2. Price range depends on
a. Raised or flat emblem
b. Vinyl coated or wood posts
c. Cap on top of posts-fancy or plain.
d. Wording: “Please Support Pittsfield Businesses”
3. EDC will pay for sign, individual businesses will pay for their own name plate

5. Looking for another business to replace P&M Market
A. Letter was sent to Co-Op market in Concord-they are not expanding at this time

6. Plan NH Charrette
A. Promote it in December
1. Invite community and business owners to come
2. We should think of other businesses to invite

7. Brownfields
A. December 9, 2010 CNHRPC will have a speaker on the Brownfields program
(at their commission meeting)
B. Give information on how to use the Brownfields program
C. Get site cleaned up
D. Get certificate from the state
E. It was suggested that they invite Pittsfield property owners on Rt 28 to the meeting
