Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 8:15 AM, September 14, 2012
in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the August 31, 2012 meeting were approved as written.
Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.
Old Business:
1. Investment Advisor Discussion:
a. The Board voted to move forward with transferring the funds of The Foss Family
Pittsfield Town Scholarship Trust Fund to be managed by J. Daniel Davidson (HD
Vest Financial Services) contingent upon confirmation that transferal fees and/or
penalties do not exceed .5%.
2. Review of Foss Family Pittsfield Town Scholarship Trust, Investment Policy and Guide:
a. After discussion of allocation of funds, the Board voted to amend the fund’s
policy and guidelines under the Asset Allocation to include an allocation range
and target allocation.
New Business:
Upon receipt of the required information, it was determined that J. Daniel Davidson would be
invited to the next Board meeting to finalize the process to transfer the Foss Family Pittsfield
Scholarship Trust Fund.
