1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR),
Linda Small (LS), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Matt Monahan (MM) from SNHRPC.

3. Minutes from September 1, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Wi-Fi/EDC web site
A. Bernard from Single Digits is still trying to get in contact with Metrocast
B. Available commercial properties are being listed on EDC site
1. Those through realtors
2. Those that are for sale or lease by owner
C. MM will check with Clayton Wood to see how listings can be updated

5. Newsletter
A. Welcome to Life’s Little Pleasures will be the feature article
B. Tool spotlight-Brownfields programs
C. Revise format to make more news space
1. Delete: Important contacts, just refer to EDC website
2. Don’t need to show “Sincerely, Ed Vien” , delete this
3. Add Wi Fi businesses to advertise
D. Chamber of Commerce has an e-mail contact list
1. Send out a mass e-mail to see if they want to receive EDC newsletter

6. Welcome letter to Life’s Little Pleasures
A. Revisions made to letter
B. MM will make corrections and revisions and send to EV for a signature

7. Other
A. A company in Manchester has grants available, they need a letter from EDC and
SVRDC
1. Susan Muenzinger made a motion to send a letter to this company for the town
2. Lyn Roberts seconded the motion, and all approved
B. The YMCA is interested in talking to us again
C. Plan NH reps will be contacting Pittsfield about a meeting on the Charrette
D. Suggestion was made to create a standardized form for advertising on WI-Fi
1. Would create a paper trail
2. Renewal would be the anniversary date
3. Checks should be made out to Town of Pittsfield-EDC with Wi-Fi on memo line
