Members present:

LeDuc-BOS Rep, Al Douglas-Alternate BOS
Discussion of having Donald Ware, CEO of Pennichuck attend one
of the committee’s meeting
Committee member Bill Miskoe made a presentation of what the RFQ
should contain and the committee discuss the RFQ and made some
adjustments.
There will be more discussion at the next meeting regarding the
RFQ prior to it being sent out.
The committee thanked Bill for putting together a RFQ.
Next Meeting will October 21, 2013 at 7:00pm
