1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), and Paul Skowron (PSk).

3. Minutes for August 29, 2012 accepted and approved. Minutes for September 5, 2012 accepted and
approved.

4. U-tube slide show
A. Unable to find slide show on U-Tube
B. PSh may be able to check it out at the school
C. EB still has the link on email-will send it to everyone

5. Irving Oil property
A. Received a letter from Selectmen approving EDC to continue formal discussion with Irving Oil
B. Stu Arnett will review letter to Cobalt Properties and make suggestions
C. Letter will be kept with the minutes

6. CEDS
A. It is a regional economic plan
B. 5 communities around Manchester (Southern Region) have come up with a plan
C. Groups can receive money to complete projects
D. Money can go for feasibility and infrastructure studies

7. Website
A. Clayton Wood has updated the list of businesses
B. He recommended we contact them annually to see if they want to continue to be on the list
C. Clayton Wood will check with Bob Legg to see if he updated the pictures

8. Other
A. A suggestion was made that someone contact Amenico about a community project to
clean up and beautify triangular area by the river
B. Town clerk’s office should have a copy of the approved minutes – EB will arrange to have it done

9. Next meeting will be October 3, 2012 at 5:30 PM.
