1. Meeting opened at 5:43.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Susan Muenzinger (SM)
Paul Sherwood (PSh) and Ellen Barbasso (EB).

3. Minutes for September 10, 2014 were accepted and approved.

4. Window Decorating Contest
A. Village Pizza and Town Pizza will allow the windows to be decorated
B. No response yet from owners of The Toy Box
C. We may have to push back the deadlines

5. Pittsfield Economic Profile
A. Need to use figures from 2010
B.Give information to Matt Monahan on Saturday and ask him to update census data
C. TM will get information on businesses

6. Next All Board/Commission /Committee Forum will be September 27, 2014
A. Matt Monahan and Stuart Arnett will be coming up with ideas for the agenda.
B. It will also be a continuation of the topic covered by Clayton Wood and Jesse Pacheco.
C. Location Pittsfield Town Hall from 9:00AM-12:00 PM

7. Other
A. Pittsfield Middle/High School
1. Will hold a public presentation on September 30
2. People from Cincinnati will be coming to see the school and how the program is working
3. A videographer has been taping the students to show how it is working
B. Sidewalk Conditions – TM spoke to George about taking measurement so the town can
contact an engineer to get an estimate improving them
C. EDC Web site-look at it (before the next meeting) to see what needs to be updated or improved
D. Cortese’s place on Concord Hill will soon be finished.

8. Next EDC meeting will be October 8, 2014 at 5:30 P.M.
