Minutes for September 26, 2013 Meeting

Call to order: 7:00 PM by Chairman Chris Hill.

Present: Members: Chairman Chris Hill (CH), Secretary Diana Westgate (DW), Members Ted Mitchell, Bryan Mika, Alternate Bill Miskoe (BMis), Absent: Paul Metcalf, Carl Wallman

Meeting Minutes: The minutes of the August meeting were accepted.

Treasurer’s Report: Accepted. No change from previous month.

Public Input: None.

Old Business
Old Home Day on July 20. CH thanked all for participating. Literature and pens were given out to those who stopped by our table. Children enjoyed watching capsules dissolve in water and expand into foam animals while their parents talked with PCC members.

Bear Paw. Hope to have them attend our October meeting.

Joint Board Meeting. Ted will send an email reminder.

New Business
Meeting Notice. New Hampshire Association of Conservation Commissions meeting November 2, 2013.

The next meeting will be October 31st 2013.
