1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS), and Matt Monahan (MM) from SNHRPC.

3. Minutes from September 15, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Wi-Fi/EDC web site
A.Metrocast is still not responding to calls from Single Digits
B. We will ask Single Digits to set up following
1. 1 hour free internet per 24 hour period
2. Any longer, person will pay $0.99 per hour on credit card
3. Start up page will show 1 hour free for internet
4. Single Digits will handle it for a 10% fee, will send us a check for remainder
C. Agreement for Yearly Wi-Fi Advertising
1. Revisions made to document
2. EV will type up corrected document and present it to Selectboard
D. Commercial properties
1. We will show properties that are listed on NNERN (Northern New England multiple
listing service)
2. We will list “For Sale by Owner” properties as we hear of them

5. Newsletter
A. Welcome to Life’s Little Pleasures will be the feature article
B. MM will get a picture of the store front to go with the article.

6. Welcome letter to Life’s Little Pleasures
A. Revisions made to letter
B. MM will make corrections and revisions and send to EV for a signature

7. General letter to businesses
A. Promoting the town as a good place for businesses
B. Revisions made
C. Put all information on one side of the paper

8. Plan NH
A. Representatives will be here in January
1. First choice would be January 7th and 8th (Friday/Saturday)
2. Second choice January 21st and 23rd (Friday/Saturday)
B. Make sure Scott Spradling gets the information once the dates are approved

9. YMCA
A. MM will be meeting with reps from the Y
B. Provide another copy of the survey
C. Let them know about our website
D. Properties are available
