MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING

DATE: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2013

ITEM 1. Call to Order at 6:35 P.M. by Paul Sherwood, Vice- Chairman

ITEM 2. Roll Call

Members Present:

Paul Sherwood (PS), Vice-Chairman, Romeo Dubreuil (RD), Christopher Smith (CS), Alternate and Delores Fritz, Recording Secretary.

Members Absent:

Carole Dodge, Chairman (CD), Paul Metcalf, Sr. (PM),
John (Pat) Heffernan (PH)

ITEM 3. Meeting to discuss the request of the Board of Selectmen to rehear the case concerning the Administrative Appeal filed by Paul Rogers

(PS) The meeting is opened for discussion.

(RD) There are a couple of things I would like to note; at the end of the last
Board meeting I offered an abstaining vote on this issue because I saw the
way it was going. Secondly, I verbally resigned from the Board but
unfortunately, I did not sell my house and am now recanting my verbal
resignation.

(PS) We are here tonight to decide if the Zoning Board is willing to rehear
the Administrative Appeal on the decision made by the Zoning Board on
July 11, 2013. (RD) I am not surprised we are rehearing this; I did not
agree the Board should do it the way it was done. (CS) I was not here
for the meeting, but it seems pretty cut and dried.
(PS) Would the public like to comment? Jim Pritchard: I have no comment
at this time.

(RD) Motion to rehear the Administrative Appeal of Paul Rogers and our
decision of July 11, 2013. (CS) Second. Carried 3-0.

(PS) We will make the appropriate arrangements and will schedule a time
and date. Prior to adjournment, the Board scheduled the Administrative
Appeal to be heard on October 10, 2013 at 7:00 P.M.

ITEM 4. Members Concerns

None.

ITEM 5. Public Input

Jim Pritchard: Romeo mentioned that he had verbally resigned at the end of the last meeting because he was selling his house; did the Board of Selectmen accept his resignation? (PS) Romeo, did they accept your resignation? (RD) No.

ITEM 6. Adjournment

(RD) Motion to adjourn. (CS) Second. Carried 3-0.

Meeting adjourned at 6:43 P.M.
