Call to order: 7:05 PM

PCC members present: Mark Wallace (MW), Nancy Bates (NB), Paul Metcalf (PM), Nancy Christie (NC)

Absent: Sue Willoughby (SW), Jon Greenwood (JG), Donna Keeley (DK), Fred Hast (FH)

Minutes – June and July minutes accepted as adjusted

Old Business:

1. Old Home Day – collected $86 in donations for bags given out
2. Kimball Easement monitoring visit scheduled for 1st Saturday in December
3. Pennichuck Easement Info –1st meeting is set September 18th
4. Dustin Barker Gate – PM to donate tubular gate to be installed

New Business

Current Use Change Tax Warrant Article – MW made motion to increase PCC’s portion to 20% for future land acquisitions. PM 2nd. 3 yes, 1 no

Susan Willoughby resigned in writing
