Trustees Meeting

Those Present: Elsie Morse, Cara Marston and Bill Provencal

Secretary’s Report:
Secretary’s minutes of January 14 was accepted as written.
Treasurers Report:
Treasurers report of March 31 was examined and discussed. Motion made to accept the Treasurers Report.
Old Business:
Checks were presented by the Treasurer and signed.

Thank you notes were received for funds distributed from the E. P. Sanderson Fund by Riverbend Community Health and Pittsfield Youth Athletic Park.
New Business:
Nominated and elected Trustee members for the new year were as follows: Elsie Morse, Chairperson; Cara Marston, Treasurer and Bill Provencal, Secretary.
The Trustees plan to meet with T. J. Shaughnessy from Mass Mutual on April 15th. If there is a problem, Cara will notify the Board members.
