No treasurer’s report was given.

Minni will pick up the Easter Bunny suit from Taylor Rental on Friday afternoon. Lynda will help Minni stuff the eggs. Jesse copied the flyer and will get that to the school. The Easter Egg Hunt will be held on April 23rd.

The recreation area will open for the summer on the afternoon of the last day of school which looks like it will be June 24th. It was suggested that Minni track admissions this summer. The ad has been placed in the Suncook Sun for a water safety instructor, life guards, and gate keepers. Nick is going to talk with Paul and George about the dredging which has finally been approved. Minni reported that we will need to do some repair work on the cement landing by the diving board. July 23 is Old Home Day and Minni suggested that we have a super hero day before to pick the children who will ride on our float. Minni and Nick will again work on signage for the recreation area. The board also approved getting a new white board for out side of the snack shack.

James brought in a refund check for Gunstock. Jesse will check into how we can reimburse the people who are owed money. Jesse as treasurer will be the contact person for the Walmart Grant. John will send him the information.

Nick changed the lights at Dustin Park to go on at eight o’clock rather than 10:00. Usage forms will need to be changed so that they are turned in 30 days prior to an event for electricity as the meter is going to be pulled.

The board approved using French Circle for soccer again next fall.
