1. Meeting opened at 5:30.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), and Ellen Barbasso (EB).

3. Minutes from April 4, 2012 accepted and approved as written.

4. Tilton Hill Rail Trail
A. Board of Selectmen did not seem very interested in a rail trail.
1. It is a small property
2. It is very close to neighboring property
3. There is also asbestos on the property-would have to be cleaned up.

5. Suncook River nomination for NH Rivers Management and Protection Program
A. Several people expressed concern that it would negatively affect their livelihood
B. TM suggested we table the issue for now
1. It would give us time to contact other towns that border some of the other rivers
2. Have problems arisen in these other towns because of the restrictions ?
3. Has it helped any of those towns in any way?

6. Business meeting on May 2, 2012
A. TM will contact Superintendant Dr. John Freeman-ask that he attend the meeting
B. Stuart Arnette of Arnette Development will be attending
C. Structure of meeting

2. Introductions: employers, NHTI, EDC and others
3. Discussion led by Matt Monahan
a. What are challenges regarding workforce training
b. What are potential solutions
c. What are the next steps?
d. What businesses are affiliated with ones that are currently here?
e. How do they get qualified workers
f. Can we get students involved-internships or get tech training?

7. Other
A. Single Digits has removed Wi-Fi box from buildings
