1. Meeting opened at 5:39.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Donna Ward (DW), Lyn Roberts (LR), Paul Sherwood (PSH),
and Ellen Barbasso (EB).

3. Minutes for March 18, 2015 were accepted as written.

4. 37 Main St – Board of Selectmen voted to approve the purchase of this building

5. All Board/Committee Forum
A. Will be held on Wednesday May 6, 2015.
B. Carol Miller of DRED will make a powerpoint presentation on broadband
1. Matt Monahan will provide an LCD projector
2. Mike Williams suggested that Metrocast and Comcast be invited to attend the meeting
TM sent information to Clayton Wood

6. Cell Phone Service Evaluation -several EDC
A. Several EDC members turned in sheets with information on it for different locations in town
B. A few other sheets will be turned in later this week

7. Student Community Service
A. TM was contacted by a student to put art work in store fronts- they have 10 tiles
B. Tom Nickerson called TM regarding a grocery store chain ( he has some connections)
1. TM called Jan Massey at PMHS to get information from students on the phone survey

8. Other
A. We are still waiting for someone to finish set up for a Facebook page for EDC
1. Sarah Rollins needs to get in touch with a student who worked on it (person not always
available
B. Economic Seminar was held at UNH on April 1-basically focused on Nashua and Manchester
areas
C. Owners of Elm Grove are going to be invited to an EDC meeting-what are their ideas and how can
the EDC help them?
D. Cabela’s-will be discussed next meeting
E. Trails Committee-Letter was sent to abutters to the walking/biking trail on Tilton Hill
F. Nick Hayes is the new selectman rep for the EDC, we should also be looking for new members

9. Next EDC meeting will be April 22, 2015 at 5:30 P.M.
