Trustees Meeting

Those Present: Elsie Morse, Cara Marston, Bill Provencal and T. J. Shaughnessy.

Secretary’s Report:
Secretary’s minutes of April 1 was accepted as written.
Old Business:
Checks were signed for disbursement of funds for School Trust, $873.67 and Cemetery Trust Funds for $5,385.85
New Business:
T. J. Shaughnessy from Mass Mutual reported on the current situation of the Investment Portfolio for the town of Pittsfield. He presented the Investment Outline for April 6, 2010 as compared to the changes in the Outline of November 16, 2009.
He also discussed possible changes in the market and its potential effects on our holdings.
