1. Meeting opened at 5:33.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB), Paul Skowron (PS), Matt Monahan (MM)
from CNHRPC.

3. Minutes from Novembver 17, 2010 accepted and approved.

4. Position of Vice Chair is open
A. LS made a motion to nominate Ted Mitchell
B. LR seconded the motion
C. All approved, Ted Mitchell is now vice chair person.

5. There are two new Wi-Fi ads – Maxfields and Bell Brothers.

6. Northeast Mechanical has office space available at 175 Barnstead Rd
A. Wanted to know if it can be listed on our web site.
B. SM made a motion to list this location on the web site
C. TM seconded the motion
D. All approved. Information will be sent to Clayton Wood.

7. Phoenix Realty Group responded back to us
A. Not interested in putting a store in our area
B. Will forward information to other business associates

8. Plan NH
A. Reviewed visual aids
1. Tax and property maps-shows formal downtown
2. Topography-shows gradual slopes, some wetlands and water and sewer
3. Zoning and property lines
a. Need to identify town structures-fire, police and hwy departments
b. A suggestion was made to change color coding to reflect land use categories used by
planners
B. Locations for meetings
1. Requesting Community Center for Friday
2. Elementary School for Saturday
C. Food to be provided by town
1. Vintage Hill will provide sandwiches for Friday
2. Jitters will be able to donate bottled water
3. We need something for Friday dinner and Saturday breakfast and lunch
D. Need to get a head count
1. MM will send out Survey Monkey to get an idea of who will be there.
