Trustees of the Trust Funds Meeting Minutes

Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 6:30 PM December 16, 2013 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the November 18, 2013 meeting were approved as presented.

Approval of Treasurer’s Report: No report was requested

New Business:
1. Transfer of Dollars for Scholars Funds: The Trustees confirmed the Town’s acceptance of these funds and signed the necessary documents to begin the process of transferring the funds to the Town. It was decided to keep the Lt. John J. Dunne
Scholarship and the VFW Scholarship separate from the Greater Pittsfield Scholarship, Inc. Funds to be consistent with past practice and spirit of the scholarships.
