1. Meeting opened at 5:32.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Ellen
Barbasso (EB), Gerard LeDuc (GL), Paul Skowron (PS), and Matt Monahan (MM) from CNHRPC

3. Minutes from November 9, 2011 accepted as written.

4. Wi-Fi
A. Advise Single Digits we are having problems with getting signal-have them troubleshoot the
problem
B. Consider cancelling subscription for Wi-Fi
1. Check when last paid Single Digits (monthly fee)
2. Metrocast is annual fee-see if we can get partial refund for months not used
3. If we can’t get money back-cancel at the end of current subscription (9/2011-8/2012)
C. EDC needs a letter from Town Board of Selectmen stating that
1.They accept the results of the Charrette, and give permission to implement the recommendations
2. Define what the expectations are of reporting back to the Board
3. This is a formal acknowledgement of the Charrette as a planning document
4. Paul Skowron will draw up a letter to the Board of Selectmen putting this on next agenda

5. Budget Committee
A. Needs to know how the money is being spent
B. Wants someone to come to next meeting to tell them what we have done and where we are going
C. Next meeting week of December 12.

6 Letter from Board of Selectmen to Plan NH Charrette
A. Publish the letter in Suncook Valley Sun as a letter to the town
B. Send copy of letter to person from Plan NH who had contacted LS

7. Other
A. Ed Vien is stepping down as chairperson of EDC-ne person will be voted in in January.
