1. Meeting opened at 5:32.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Ellen Barbasso (EB) and Paul Skowron (PS).

3. Minutes for February 6, 2013 accepted and approved

4. Northeast Real Estate Journal
A. Each month focuses mostly on one New England State, (NH 3 times a year)
B. TM has drafted a letter to this journal-a few revisions were suggestd
C. Matt Monahan will get a packet of information together also

5.UNH Co-op Extension
A. Providing a seminar for businesses to increase presence on the internet
B. It came from CEDS
C. Will be discussed further at the next meeting.

6. Grocery Store
A. Reviewed data on shopping habits of people around Pittsfield
B. Also included a study of people from Wolfeboro-not many come down this way

7. EDC Project list updatae
A. LS will check with Gerard LeDuc on status of a lot that is for sale
B. Need to get a list of all land and places that are for sale
C. A suggestion was made that the EDC check out available land and take pictures to put
on the web site
D. Prioritize list for next meeting

8. Spring Newsletter
A. We discuses several businesses that could be featured
B. How CEDS can help the community
C. Rustic Crust helped out in NYC during Hurricane Sandy
D. Matt Monahan will help with writing the article

9. Other
A. “Steps for Starting a Business” not on website yet. TM will contact Clayton Wood
B. Anna Colon-Pagan will help EDC with Facebook page
C. Need to check on EDC email address with Metrocast-Paul Skowron should not get our email

10. Next meeting will be March 6, 2013 at 5:30 PM.
