Trustees Meeting
Those Present: Elsie Morse, Cara Marston, Bill Provencal and T. J. Shaughnessy
Secretary’s Report:
Secretary’s minutes of January 20. 2011 were accepted as written.
New Business:
T. J. Shaughnessy of Mass Mutual Financial Group was on hand to explain the new
reporting system. He spent time in explaining what has happened in individual accounts,
and what can be possibly expected in the months ahead.
Sanderson Fund: Cara presented the adjusted budget requests from the January meeting.
Bill Provencal discussed his meeting with the Principal of PMHS in regards to the
Multimedia system and the School store. Bill is to call Sheila Ward and request her
presence at the next meeting to answer questions we have about the School Store. Elsie
Morse presented new information in regards to the Cafeteria and Sound Lighting requests
from PES/PMHS. The requests for funding of the Sound Lighting has been withdrawn.
Cara Marston presented additional information regarding K-9 funding requested by the
Police Department.
Two additional funding requests from the Sanderson Fund were received from the
Pittsfield Community Center and the Pittsfield Winterfest Committee. Both of these
were reviewed.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30 AM.
Next regular meeting will be held on February 24, 2011 at 8am.
