Trustees Meeting

Those Present: Elsie Morse, Cara Marston, Bill Provencal
Secretary’s Report: The Secretary’s Minutes were accepted as written.
Treasurer’s Report: Treasurers Report as of December 31, was accepted as written.
New Business:
1 Sanderson Fund
The 2012 Grant Distribution Calculation was examined. It was agreed by the Trustees to accept the $65,834.87 amount as the tentative amount for distribution.
The 2012 Sanderson Funding request were each examined and discussed. Three request were identified as needing further information:
Pittsfield Drug and Alcohol Coalition – Cara is to contact Kristen Treacy, MS to come top our next meeting to provide additional information as to their request.
Carpenter Public Library – Bill is to contact the Librarian to provide additional information on their request.
Police Department K-9 Program – Cara is to contact Officer Joseph Di George to come to our next meeting to provide additional information as to their request.
2. The next meeting of the Trustees will be held on January 19th to further discuss Sanderson Funding requests.
3. A questionnaire from Town Auditors Plodzik and Sanderson was completed and returned.
