Opening:
The regular meeting of the Pittsfield Budget Committee was called to order at 7:00pm on January 19, 2011 in Town Hall large meeting room by Louis Houle.
Present:
Louis Houle, Bill Abbott, Mark Riel, David Menard, Lee Adams, Joan Osborne, Helen Schiff, Helen Schoppmeyer, Stan Bailey, Dan Ward, Fred Hast, Dick Munn.
School officials present: John Freeman Superintendant, Tobi Chassie Director of Student Services, Doug Kilmister Principal PES, Bob Bickford Principal PMHS.

There was discussion with the members of the school regarding the budget.
There was discussion on several lines of the budget.
D. Agenda for Next Meeting:
School budget.
February 9, 2011 will be our public input hearing.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:57 pm by Louis Houle. The next general meeting will be at 7:00 PM on January 26, 2011 in Town Hall meeting room.
