Trustees Meeting
Those Present: Elsie Morse, Cara Marston and Bill Provencal
Secretary’s Report:
Secretary’s minutes of October 21, 2010 were accepted as written.
Treasurers Report:
The summary of the Trust Funds of the Town of Pittsfield were examined and discussed.
Discussed were the Sanderson Trust Funds returns, capital gains and management fees.
A motion was made and approved to consider distribution of the Sanderson Trust Funds
at 3% of the Market Value.
New Business:
The remainder of the meeting was taken up with the review of all of the requests for
funding from the Sanderson Fund.
It was decided that further information was needed on the following requests:
1. Cafeteria and Sound Lighting requests from PES/PMHS, Elsie Morse to follow
up.
2. School store and Multimedia system request from PMHS, Bill Provencal to
follow up.
3. K-9 Program request from Police Department, Cara Marston to follow up.
Meeting was adjourned at 10 AM.
Next regular meeting will be held on February 3, 2011 at 8am.
