1. Meeting opened at 5:35.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TV), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Susan Muenzinger (SM),
Ellen Barbasso (EB), Tim Osborne and Bob Legg

3. Minutes from June 27, 2012 accepted and approved.

4. Tim Osborne’s update on the Utube slideshow presentation
A. Tim advised us the slideshow is complete.
B. He is having difficulties with the computer exporting it to the internet
C. He will email it to EDC members for our approval
1. LR will get Tim’s email address and forward all of ours to him
D. He is using royalty free music as background for the slideshow
E. Once approved it can be put on EDC website.

5. Irving property letter
A. Someone said the property is listed for sale-needs to be verified
B. In a letter suggest donating it to the Town of Pittsfield or SVRDC
1. Would not have to pay taxes on it any more
2. Eliminate liability if a child gets hurt while on property
3. It would be a tax write-off if donated
4. Town could get a Brownfields grant for clean up if needed
C. TM will compose letter and have it ready for next meeting.

6. Master Plan Survey
A. Purpose is to find out
1. What are education concerns
2. What direction does the town want the community to go
B. Come up with questions and multiple choice answers
C. We should have several surveys that were done in past years
D. Matt Monahan should have something from Survey Monkey
E. Verify what surveys were done in the past, see if information is usable

7. Review Projects and Status
A. Several items removed
B. Working on remaining items

8. Next meeting July 25, 2012.
