1. Meeting opened at 5:30.

2. Attendees: Ed Vien (EV), Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Ellen
Barbasso (EB), and Zeb McGill.

3. Minutes from June 29, 2011 accepted with corrections.
A. TM was presiding.
B. 5A Ted will look at empty locations
C. Linda will write a letter to Suncook Sun asking for volunteers to help with the town’s on-line
presence, and to help clean up

4. Zeb McGill
A. Has had experience using personal media like You Tube and Face Book,
1. Facebook -can only list personal profiles for people not for towns
2. For the town can give status updates-talk about what is happening-Old Home Day, Balloon
Rally, etc
B. Needs official permission from EDC giving him authorization to administer Pittsfield’s Facebook
page
C. He can contact business owners to see if there is something they want to share

5. Wi-Fi
A. There is a need for funds to pay for the Wi-Fi
B. Not enough advertisers are using the space
C. There was a question about whether users are paying if they go over 60 minutes
D. EB will check past minutes to see if there was a contract specifying that Single Digits would
charge users
E. We need to empower Clayton Wood to contact Single Digits

6. LS will contact Bob Legg to see if he or someone else could video tape a balloon ride over Pittsfield
A. To be used as part of Facebook page

7. Three Letters reviewed
A. Christmas letter-LS will make revisions as discusses
B. Revitalize-freshen up downtown
C. Irving Oil property on Depot St

8. Next meeting July 27, 2011.
