Pittsfield Website Committee –June 28, 2011
The Pittsfield Website Committee was called to order at @ 7:05 pm.

1. Minutes: Minutes of May 17, 2011 were approved.
2. Website Updates:
a. Clayton and Matt have been doing some routine cleaning up of pages.
3. Picture of the Month:
a. Bob stated the picture of the month was in progress and there would be a different photo every month.
b. There was discussion of changing the name to featured photo due to time constraints and the possibility that we may not be able to update the photo on a monthly schedule.
4. Balloon Rally:
a. Jen and Matt reported there will be no balloon Rally web cam this year as they were unable to locate a sponsor location.
b. Matt will do the landing page and post it the Sunday before.
5. Old Home Day:
a. Bob will be taking photos and then posting them on the website.
b. Matt stated he would help Bob with the web page to post the photos.
6. Clayton talked about PYBA’s grand opening.
7. Clayton explained Kate Vogt contacted him about helping with the website and he was going to have her work on the Community Advisory site.
10. Next Meeting: Tuesday September 20, 2011 at the Pittsfield Elementary School Library.
