Trustees of the Trust Funds Meeting Minutes

Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 8:12 AM, March 22, 2013 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.
Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the February 15, 2013 meeting were approved as written.
Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.
Old Business:
1. Foss Committee By-Laws: Edits were reviewed and slated to be sent to the committee for their next meeting, March 28, 2013. These edits were to bring the by-laws more in-line with the directives of the Trust.
2. Sanderson Trust Application: Application was reviewed and approved for availability on the Town’s web site for a target date of May 1, 2013.
3. Unclaimed Scholarships from 2012: Monies unclaimed ($1500) will be returned into the Foss Family Scholarship pool.
4. School District’s uncollected funds: To be followed up with school.
5. Email addresses: Email addresses have been set up through the Town web site for the Trustees of Trust Funds (TTF@mypittsfield.com) and The Foss Family Pittsfield Town Scholarship Committee (FossTrust@mypittsfield.com). Emails to these addresses are forwarded to all members of the Trustees of Trust Funds.
New Business:
1. 2013 Election of Officers: Harry Vogt was elected to serve as Chair, Cara Marston
was elected to serve as Treasurer, and Ross Morse was elected to serve as secretary
for the 2013 term.
2. Foss Trust Investment Review: Investments for the Foss Trust were reviewed with J.
Daniel and Adam Davidson, advisors. The next scheduled review is for October 18,
2013 at 8:30 AM.
