As part of this application, applicant is requesting a Waiver of Subdivision Regulation Section 5B.1 to qualify as a minor subdivision. Jonathan Crowdes, Project Manger of T.F. Bernier, Inc., Land Services-Consultant, is representing the applicant. This property is located in the RURAL Zone.
