Trustees of the Trust Funds Meeting Minutes

Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 8:00 AM, March 6, 2014 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the February 21, 2014 meeting were approved as presented.

Approval of Treasurer’s Report: Treasurer’s Report was accepted as presented.

Old Business:
1. The Trustees were updated on the status of the PYBA Sanderson Trust request and are anticipating a new request.
2. Database Software: The Trustees discussed appropriate database software, costs, and efforts to fund the initial purchase(s).
3. Online Donation Page: The Trustees discussed the available options of adding a donation page to the Town’s website for the Foss Family Scholarship. Further research is being done.
New Business:
1. The Trustees anticipated a financial advisor report, but were not able to receive one as the advisor was not in attendance.
