1. Call to Order: 5:00 pm

3. Visit to Elderly Housing – Rolling Green, Pittsfield
– Burly Brock provided information and showed common
use facility (Recreation Room, Laundry Room, Small
Kitchen)
– 40 Apartments (1 or 2 bedrooms)
– Only 25 Parking Spaces
– Complex is very well maintained (updated heating
system, new roofing)
– No crime problems
– Ambulance arrives several times weekly
– Complex is an asset for Pittsfield
– Further discussion next meeting
