1. Meeting opened at 5:34.

2. Attendees: Ted Mitchell (TM), Lyn Roberts (LR), Linda Small (LS), Paul Sherwood (PSh),
Susan Muenzinger (SM), Donna Ward (DW), and Ellen Barbasso (EB).

3. Minutes for May 14, 2014 were accepted and approved.

4. Letter to development group
A. TM LR DW and MM met with a rep from a development corp.
B. Sending a thank you letter to them and including information about Pittsfield

5. LAMCOR has chosen another site.

6. Home based business
A. A local business is moving out of his house to a building on Concord Hill Rd
B. Will check with MM to see if there are any programs available to help him

7. All Chair meeting on May 14, 2014
A. Discussed flow charts between boards/committees
B. Rustic Crust coming before Planning Board on June 5

8. All Board/Committee Forum
A. Meeting will be Saturday May 31 at Pittsfield Elementary Cafeteria
B. DW and PSh will not be able to attend
C. TM will be there at 8:00 AM to set up coffee and fruit

9. Other items
A. TM will meet with a representative from Elm Grove about businesses in places on Main St
B. Stuart Arnett send a letter to Irving asking about property on Barnstead Rd
C. Sage Wellness is looking into a farmers’ market
D. Conservation Committee is looking into forming a subcommittee on agriculture

10. Next EDC meeting will be June 11, 2014 at 5:30 P.M.
