Old Business
1. Old Home Day on July 20. Andi Riel is the planner for Old Home Day activities. Mary Goodyear from Fish and Games may be able to bring a live animal to show at the PCC table. BMis can bring a sign post and a canopy tent. PM has a table and sign. Hours of operation for the table are 9am-1pm. CH and DW will supply various handouts about the PCC and some favors for kids.
2. Mission Statement project. Members are to look over the sample missions statements we have and discuss them at next meeting.
1. Emerald Ash Borer Update/Local Plan. It takes three years for them to become visible. The quarantine on transporting firewood is from one county to another.
3. Member short term and long term goals and ideas. One possibility is a school presentation. Another is doing a walk trhough to find property markers. Other proposals are: making a natural resource inventory, visiting the Graylag property, holding a combined meeting of the conservation groups in Pittsfield, Strafford and Barnstead to discuss small parcels of land that might be combined into larger conservation areas.

New Business
1. June Meeting Location. Decided to meet at Carl Wallman’s place and include a viewing of the Boy Scout Project.
2. Installation of Signs for Berry Pond and Thompson Forest. Home Depot has offered to contribute. BMik will get measurements. BMis will supply the hardware. Signs should be placed in 4×4 cement blocks. CH will get the other materials. Eventually we should put pictures in the Suncook Valley Sun and hold an Open House for these properties.
3. Sargent Town Forest Parking Area. It is getting rough to pull into. Bill Provencal and the Trails Subcommittee are also involved. CH will meet with them to discuss the problem and how to keep the location stocked with flyers.
4. Bailey Park Cluster Development. It was designed as a cluster development with shared open space. 17 acres of it have been offered to the town for conservation. We should approach the Board of Selectmen about acquiring it.

Adjournment: 9:45 PM. The next meeting will be Thursday June 27th. Submitted by: DW, Secretary
