Opening:
The meeting of the Trustees of Trust Funds was called to order at 4:56 PM, November 18, 2013 in the Pittsfield Town Hall by Harry Vogt, Meeting Chair.

Approval of Minutes: Minutes of the October 18, 2013 meeting were approved as presented.

Approval of Treasurer’s Report: The treasurer’s report was approved as distributed.

New Business:
1. Harvey A. Marston Memorial Scholarship Fund: The Trustees confirmed the acceptance of the Trust.
2. Foss Scholarship Pledge Page: The Trustees discussed incremental amounts for donations to be offered on a pledge page designated for the Foss Family Scholarship to facilitate the responsibility of accepting donations for the scholarships
