1. Meeting opened at 6:30 P.M.

2. Attendees: Ralph O’Dell (Master Plan), Carole Dodge (Zoning Board), Clayton
Wood (Planning Board), Larry Konopka (Board of Selectmen), Jesse Pacheco
(Building Inspector), Chris Hill (Conservation), Ted Mitchell (EDC), and Ellen
Barbasso (EDC).

3. Minutes from September 24, 2014 were accepted and approved.
Minutes from October 22, 2014 were accepted with corrections-Carole Dodge is on
Zoning Board, and the name is Pittsfield All Chairmen Communication Enhancement
Committee.

4. Updates from Boards/ Committees
A. Board of Selectmen
1. Working on budgets
2. Two town employees approved
a. An assistant for Cara Marsden
b. A highway department employee will go from part time to full time
3.There was discussion about patching Shaw Road
4. Approval for improving Berry Av as part of Safe Routes to School
B. Conservation
1. An area of Clough Rd has been put under land consolidation-possibly to be
part of the town forest.
2. State Conservation is working to help local conservation committees
3. Being a part of Bear Paw will be helpful for the town, tax write offs, renewable
energy, and will not cost the town additional money.
C. Zoning Board
1. Nothing new this month.
2. Working on with planning board and building inspector on definitions for zoning
D. Building Inspector
1. Rustic Crust rebuilding project
a. Roof has been buttoned up, and they are closing walls
b. Another business still has issues with the new building
2. New restaurant is planning a town opening before the new year
3. Joe Cortese is working on storage section in his new building.
E. Housing
1. There is a shortage of affordable apartments in Concord and other areas
but not in Pittsfield
2. Senior housing is still an issue.
F. Planning Board
1. One new application has been approved
2. Working on definitions for zoning and amendment for Town Meeting
3. Citizens petition has to be in by December 9
4. Planning Board may need another meeting to decide on opinion of the citizens
petition
G. Economic Development Committee
1. Storefront art competition has been cancelled-Students will be displaying artwork
throughout the year
2. Looking for a PMHS student to put up a Facebook page for the EDC
3. Telemarketing project for business club students-call residents in surrounding
towns to see where they currently shop for groceries
4. Ted Mitchell went to economic development seminar in Conway
5. Contacted TRB Developers in Hooksett for help in approaching a motel chain

5. The next All Board…Committee forum
A. Will be in January 24, 2015
B. Discuss issues involving building up Rt 28 and downtown
C. Still have a problem with lack of curb cuts, and can not add new ones
D. Ted Mitchell will invite some prominent members of the community and the public

6. Next meeting December 17, 2014 at 6:30 P.M.
