HOUSING STANDARDS AGENCY

Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM at the Town Hall by Ch. Elkins.

Appointments
Fred Okrent –Request for non-public; Motion to enter non-public under RSA 91-A:3, II(a), by Mr. Provencher, 2nd by Lt. Abell, board polled, all voted aye. After return, motion to seal by Lt. Abell 2nd by Mr. Provencher, passed 5-0.
Old Business
28 Crescent to receive NOV.
New Business:
Lt. Abell – requested a day and/or time change due to increased responsibilities at the Fire Dept. and conflicts with the dept. meetings. After discussion Mr. Provencher made a motion to change to second Monday, meeting in alternate months, except for March, beginning in February of 2012. 2nd by Lt. Abell, passed 5-0.
Meeting Minutes;
Mr. Provencher made a motion that the minutes of the meeting of October 3, 2011 be accepted as read; 2nd by Mr. Heffernan, Motion passed 4 to 0, 1 abstention.

Motion to adjourn:
Mr. Provencher, 2nd by Mr. Heffernan, 4 to 0, motion passed. Adjourned at 8:10 PM. Next meeting: 12/5/11.
