MINUTES

Pittsfield School Board Meeting
Thursday, November 7, 2013
Pittsfield Middle High School

I. CALL TO ORDER

Members Present: Mike Wolfe, Chairperson
Nicole Manteau, Vice-Chairperson
Gary Mullen
Ray Ramsey

Others Present: John Freeman, Superintendent of Schools

Chairperson Wolfe called the meeting to order at 5:10 p.m.

II. FY14 BUDGET

The Board reviewed the draft revenue report and proposed budget submitted by the district administration. The Board also discussed potential change to the proposed budget, which included discussion of salaries and benefits for support staff and administration as well as several potential positions.

The Board took no action on the proposed budget; the Board planned to discuss further at the next regular meeting, November 14.

III. ADJOURNMENT

On a motion made by Mr. Mullen and seconded by Ms. Manteau, the Board voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 6:17 p.m.
